Hailing from a very modest family, she too had to struggle her way forward through obstacles and failures. She had dreams, she had ambitions but she lacked decision making and goal setting. She lacked time management and focus. As she moved on- she learnt to become resilient and flexible. She learnt to be a learner and respect perspectives. Her belief that learning itself is wealth and it increases even more if you share it- triggered her to change her profession from being a banker to a training professional. She was offbeat, people did not believe that just to chase her passion she changed her stream and compromised her income. While the world gave up hopes on her, she quietly prepared herself for the next leap. Changing cities, exploring and travelling to different places enriched her quietly. After 16 years of rigour in various fields and serving reputed Organizations, she finally started freelancing successfully with the expertise she had so far gathered.
